Not everyone is ready for individual coaching. So, hearing a need for it, I've created a group coaching program called Coaching Circles: Healthy Mind and Body Reimagined.
Coaching Circles is for women over 40 who want control back of their physical and mental health despite all the chaos mid-life has brought with it.
The purpose of the program is to look at goals, habits, and routines like never before.... because we've never felt like this before! Instead of just talking about the "how to" of these tools, we are going to uncover your relationship with them. We have all evolved, right? So should the definition of these tools and the "why" behind how you use them at this season in your life and as you work toward your dreams of retirement.
Here's a sneak peek into what to expect from this unique program.
You are going to conduct a mid-life SWOT analysis
Now, if you are familiar with the traditional business concept of a SWOT analysis, believe me when I say this one will be fun and will actually be worth your time (#iykyk). I've deconstructed the SWOT to serve as a brilliant starting point for assessing the internal and external factors causing the chaos in your life.
Next you are going to SOAR by setting the right goals
We are going to take what you already know about setting SMART goals and put some context behind them. It's time to look backwards in order to move forward. You will take the revelations from your mid-life SWOT and integrate them into your existing goals to make them sing and/or set some new ones.
Then it's time to design habits holistically
We all know how important habits are. But how about your relationship with them? Habits can add some spice to your life and challenge you to be better. You are going to learn to make them or break them by being creative and organized while taking into account your level of resilience and energy to make them stick.
Finally, we'll put it all together using a recipe for routines
Creating the right routine is like baking a cake. You have to have the right ingredients and environment to make it work. Routines take your goals and habits, mix in some structure and flexibility, and sprinkle in time and commitment. It'll be the icing on the cake!
If this sounds right for you, email me for the upcoming sessions.
If this sounds right for a group of women you work with, email me about a consultation.
Life is what you make of it. Take control!
